Amy and Ben's Wedding

In May of last year I got to photograph Amy and Ben's beautiful wedding at Tallwood Baptist Church, followed by a gorgeous reception at Lakeside Country Club.  Amy and Ben are both so kind and were such a pleasure to work with.  Here are some of my favorites from their special day.

Thanks, Amy and Ben, for asking me to be a part of y'all's big day!

Stephanie and James' Wedding

Stephanie and James were a joy to work with, and I was so excited when they asked me to be their photographer.  Stephanie's mother, Susie, is one of the best florists in Houston, and I often photograph her beautiful work.  I knew the club was going to look incredible for her daughter's special day, and it certainly did!  Stephanie and James' ceremony was held at. St. Luke's United Methodist Church, followed by a very fun reception at the Houston Country Club.  But the party didn't stop there.  Everyone headed over to the Hilton on Post Oak to celebrate until the wee morning hours.  As you can see by the photos, everyone was having the time of their lives!

Thanks, Stephanie and James, for a great time working together, and for asking me to capture y'all's day.

Alafair and Bruce's Wedding

Alafair and Bruce were so much fun to work with!  They had a beautiful wedding at St. John's the Divine, followed by a reception at the Houston Country Club.  The guys began the morning shooting clays at George Bush Park, which was a fun break from the normal pre-ceremony photos.

Here are some of my favorites from a wonderful wedding day.  Thank you Alafair and Bruce for asking me to be your wedding photographer!

Kate and J.J.'s Bayou Club Wedding

At the end of March I photographed a gorgeous wedding at the Bayou Club.  You might remember Kate and J.J. from their engagement shoot at Kate's family ranch, or from one of my more recent posts about the Bahamas!  I've had such a wonderful time getting to know them, and it has been a true honor to document this very special time in their lives.

We had perfect weather for their beautiful outdoor ceremony.  Kate and J.J. chose to marry under a large oak tree, and the reception was tented by SPF.  Kristin McShane with Keely Thone Events did an incredible job making sure everything went off without a hitch (as she and all of their team always do).  Events and Bloom's flowers and decor and Pro/Sound's lighting created the perfect atmosphere, while 31 Films was there to film the weekend.  Sauce brought the house down, with a special guest appearance by groom J.J. and his brother Greg.  The delicious cakes were created by the incredibly talented Susie's Cakes...can you believe that Yankee's Stadium??  Stationary and invitations were by Sicily Eason, and bridesmaid dresses were by Bella Bridesmaids.  Ceremony music was provided by Divisi Strings.

It was an unforgettable weekend to witness and capture.  I hope y'all will enjoy all of the photos below.  I've also included a little time lapse movie from their ceremony that I already posted a month or two ago...check it out if you haven't already.

Thank you, Kate and J.J.!
